These Enrollment & Billing Terms and Conditions apply to all Weekly Mental Tune Up (“WMTU”) memberships. By enrolling, submitting payment and accepting these Terms at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms. If enrolling on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on its behalf.

Members selecting monthly billing authorize WMTU and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided at enrollment for the amount displayed at checkout.

The first monthly payment is charged at enrollment and secures the member’s rate and enrollment. Subsequent payments are automatically charged monthly according to the billing schedule provided at checkout or in the enrollment confirmation.

Membership continue automatically on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

WMTU may offer qualifying members a promotional quarterly prepaid option by phone or through another direct enrollment offer and this is a 3-month agreement term.

Members selecting quarterly prepaid billing authorize WMTU to charge the payment method provided for the amount displayed at checkout. This payment covers three consecutive months of membership.

After the initial three-month term, the quarterly membership automatically renews and the same payment method is charged every three months until the member switches plans or cancels in accordance with these Terms.

The exact promotional quarterly rate, billing frequency and next scheduled payment date will be displayed at checkout and confirmed following enrollment.

By enrolling, you authorize WMTU and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically according to your chosen monthly or quarterly billing schedule.

Your membership will continue automatically unless you cancel or request an eligible billing-plan change before your next scheduled payment.

You are responsible for maintaining a current and valid payment method. Payment reminders, receipts and renewal notices may be delivered electronically to the email address provided during enrollment.

Founders pricing is a limited introductory offer available for the first 100 qualifying enrollments.

Your applicable Founders rate remains protected while:

• Your membership remains continuously active;
• Your account remains current and in good standing;
• Your payments remain uninterrupted;
• You remain within the applicable participant tier; and
• You continue using the billing option associated with that protected rate.

“Locked in for life” means that the applicable rate remains protected for as long as the qualifying WMTU membership remains continuously active and in good standing. It does not guarantee that the rate will remain available after cancellation, termination or an unresolved payment failure.

A member who changes participant tiers will be charged the applicable Founders or current rate for the new tier.

Members enrolled in a promotional quarterly prepaid plan may request to switch to the applicable monthly Founders rate.

Switching from quarterly prepaid billing to monthly billing permanently ends the protected promotional quarterly rate. The former quarterly rate cannot be restored unless WMTU specifically approves the change and the offer remains available.

Members paying monthly may request quarterly prepaid billing if a quarterly option is available at that time. Previously offered quarterly pricing is not guaranteed.

Plan changes normally take effect at the end of the member’s current paid billing period. No partial refunds, credits or prorated adjustments will be provided for changing plans during an active billing period.

Members may cancel before their next scheduled payment through the cancellation method provided in their confirmation email or by emailing CharlesRichardCoach@gmail.com.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Membership access and benefits continue through that period.

A cancellation request received after a scheduled payment has been processed will apply to the following renewal period.

Canceling membership ends all protected pricing. Any future re-enrollment will be subject to availability and the rates and terms offered at that time.

WMTU operates on an annual program calendar that ordinarily includes approximately 46 weeks of live programming.

WMTU observes six scheduled closure weeks each calendar year:

• Memorial Day week;
• Independence Day week;
• Labor Day week;
• Thanksgiving week;
• Christmas week; and
• New Year’s week.

No regularly scheduled WMTU team meetings, Leadership Labs or routine office support will be conducted during these closure weeks unless WMTU announces otherwise.

Exact closure dates will be provided through the annual WMTU program calendar.

Membership billing continues during scheduled closure weeks. Monthly and quarterly fees will not be reduced, paused, refunded, credited or prorated because membership is priced as an ongoing annual program rather than according to the number of meetings occurring within an individual month.

If a scheduled payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, WMTU or its payment processor may retry the payment using the payment method on file.

The member is responsible for promptly updating expired, declined or invalid payment information.

WMTU may suspend program access while an account remains past due. If payment is not successfully completed within seven calendar days of the original payment date, WMTU may terminate the membership and revoke all protected Founders or promotional pricing.

Amounts owed under the initial three-month commitment remain due even if access is suspended because of nonpayment.

By checking the Terms acceptance box and submitting payment, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed and accepted these Terms;
• You understand the initial three-month commitment;
• You authorize automatic monthly or quarterly charges;
• You understand how your membership renews;
• You understand the cancellation and refund policies; and
• You understand that billing continues during scheduled closure weeks.
